Returns Policy-

Due to the sensitive nature of Vapid products we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you have a problem with an order or item and it's within 48hrs of receipt please contact us with your order number and details about the product or order. We will respond quickly with a solution. This is generally a store credit or a replacement product. Please include pictures of any broken or damaged product.

Domestic Shipping-

Orders placed within the US, will be by weight or we cap the shipping at $10. Order as much as you want, the most you will pay is $10. Orders over $100 USD will ship for free.

Make sure your PayPal mailing address is correct before finalizing payment.
All Sales Are Final. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, without provocations.
For our Black Friday/Small Business Saturday/Cyber Monday/Spring Cleaning Sales orders, we will not be combining orders.

International Shipping-

International rates will no longer have a cap due to the rate increases. We will combine orders for all International customers.
